Changes to on-line requests

If you have registered for on-line and we haven't been successful in getting hold of you. Please contact the Surgery so we can tell you about the change. This change takes place from the 2nd January 2018.

To help improve patient access over the winter months which are often busy we shall be adding early morning booked appointments each morning. These will run between 8.00 am and 8.30 am. Each appointment is ten minutes long and for a single problem.
Surgery doors will open at 7.50 am and patients taking these appointments are asked to check in on the electronic check in machine in the waiting room to avoid having to wait in the open surgery queue.
Appointments can be booked by contacting reception.
