We use a system called AskmyGP which is a fast and easy way to ask for any kind of help from the practice.
- AskmyGP is open from 9am Monday to Friday until we reach capacity for same day appointments and advice
- AskmyGP enables you to see who is on duty on any particular day so that you can request your preferred or usual clinician
- You can state your preference for appointment type (Face To Face – Telephone – Video – Email)
- AskmyGP is available to all our registered patients, and can be used to ask about your children or other people you care for (if registered with us)
If you prefer not to use this online system you can call us instead between 8am and 6.30pm. One of our receptionists will need to take a few details about your query and pass these on to the clinical staff. This allows us to triage the urgency of your query and also to direct it to the clinician most suitable to deal with it for you.
