AskmyGP is open to requests from patients registered with our Practice between 9.00 am and 11.00 am Monday – Friday. If you do not have internet access or need urgent help outside of these times you can ring the Surgery on 01257 421 909 and a Receptionist will raise the request for you.
On rare occasions when we are experiencing exceptionally high demand the AskmyGP service may be switched off earlier than 11.00 am – if your query is routine please wait and try and again the following day. If urgent please contact our Reception by phone.
Requests are all read and triaged by a clinician on the day they are made and we aim to respond to all routine queries within 72 hours.
