Please be aware that Open Surgery remains cancelled until further notice.
We are honouring appointments that have already been booked but you may get a phone call prior to your appointment to see if your query can be dealt with by telephone. We ask that any patients experiencing fever over 37.8 or persistent cough should cancel their appointment and if unwell seek further advice through the NHS 111 service.
The front door to the surgery is currently locked but is manned by the Reception Staff. On arriving for your appointment please ring this bell and the Receptionist will confirm with you why you need entry. The same applies for any patients attending for appointments with the on site community services.
If a prescription is required please consider setting up electronic ordering with your preferred pharmacy. This means that any prescriptions issued will be sent straight to them and you can collect from there. If dropping off a prescription request or any other document for the surgery please place this in the postbox outside our front gate. This is a secure postbox and there is no need to enter the surgery for this.
