The Friends and Family Test is a feedback tool which has been introduced to allow patients to give their opinion on the NHS service they have received. Patients are invited to respond and are asked whether or not they would recommend a service to others. The feedback responses are intended to be used to improve the current services available.
We receive a significant number of responses and are pleased with the overall feedback. We would like as many of our patients to give us feedback as possible, so we can ensure that we continue to work towards providing you with the GP service you want and need.
